In this pose, the yogi lies on his or her side, supporting their head with one hand while stretching their other arm upwards to grasp their raised leg.

    Lie down on your right side with your legs extended. Support your head on your right palm with your elbow placed firmly on the floor. Place your left palm on the floor near your chest. If possible, straighten your legs. Lift your left leg up and slowly bring it down. Repeat 3 times. Now make circles rotating the entire leg from the pelvic joint.
