Aug 24, 2022 · Just waiting for the correct front bogie to arrive from Wizard. Main mistake so far but one i can live with is the height of the cab floor compared to the tender. Its about 3mm too high but its due to the fixing height where it mounts on the chassis.

Jul 29, 2018 · I also made up the new front bogie from brass bar and fitting the black Hornby LS wheels In place. I found later that running on my poor track the bogies would jump off the rails so a light spring was added in an effort to over come this problem.
