Seattle-area shoppers and workers learned Tuesday whether their stores were among the 124 in Washington that would be sold under the proposed merger.

Supermarket giant Kroger Co. announced plans to offload more than 60 supermarkets in California as part of its planned merger with Albertsons.

Kroger and Albertsons on Tuesday revealed the specific locations of the 579 stores they plan to sell off in their contested $25 billion merger.

Kroger and Albertson's released a full list of all the stores they would sell of if their merger is approved, which includes 35 Mariano's and Jewel Osco stores in Illinois.
