the Z7 II is the easy choice. Nikon hasn't introduced a new DSLR in years, and besides the 2017 D850 showing its age in several areas, buying Nikon Z-mount lenses is the better long-term investment.
For this review, the lens was tested on a Nikon Z7 II using Imatest. Distortion measures -2.0% barrel, which is definitely noticeable on, for example, architectural subjects near the image edges.
