A federal lawsuit filed by moving giant Allied Van Lines accuses a Boca Raton-based company of doing business under a similar name to deliberately confuse would-be customers.

A Cessna 310 carrying three people departed Boca Raton and was bound for Tallahassee before it crashed, the FAA said.
