A woman has been arrested in Lincoln County, Missouri, on charges of child abuse and neglect amid allegations that she traded her foster daughter for a monkey. Brenda Ruth Deutsch of Lincoln County, Missouri, was taken into custody over the weekend and charged with two counts of abuse or neglect of a child and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
