Nakasongola is a town in Nakasongola District in the Central Region of Uganda. The town is the site of the district headquarters. Nakasongola is approximately 118 kilometres north of Kampala, the capital and largest city of Uganda, on an all-weather tarmac highway between Kampala and Masindi.
