Better Waddon Leisure Centre has been open since 2013 and offers a range of modern facilities and activities for the whole community. The centre offers a 25m swimming pool, teaching pool, 60 station gym, 2 sprung floor fitness studios with 25 fitness classes a week, café and a sports hall which can be used for basketball, badminton, netball and 5-a-side football.

Be aware that if you child is under 8 they are forbidden to swim in 3/4’s of this pool, over 8’s have to do a 30 metre test and be “good enough” with good strokes to then be able to swim the full poo… Full review by Katie Carter

dont recommend this place!!!.. don't bring your kids here if you have more than 2 children under 16 and no other adult with you as they won't let all of your kids in to swim. The rules are only 2 chi… Full review by Naomi Jade
