I saw somewhere that purchasing tickets for the High Roller in advance doesn't mean that you won't have to get in line with people who haven't purchased advance tickets. Is that true? If not, how does it work?

Hi Is it better to buy tickets online (where is best?) or to go to the High Roller ticket office on the day and queue up. We probably wouldnt do the drinks package. thanks!
A:
I bought online, had no problems. As long as you have your phone with you for check-in, might save time in the queue.
