Łącza is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rudziniec, within Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres south-east of Rudziniec, 17 km west of Gliwice, and 41 km west of the regional capital Katowice.
