They offer 2.5 oz pours from their full menu that lets you build your own tasting. They do not have set tasting collections for a set price (for example they do not do 5 tastings for $10/etc), and each 2.5 oz pour is charged individually, with varying prices. We found these pours to be a good size for 2 people. Info is also on their website.

Yes! You should be able to call ahead to set up special tastings. We have found the tasting staff there to be very accommodating.
