Hello, yes you can look around, but as with any old castle/building not easy for anyone with walking problems, with lot's of uneven surfaces. Hope this helps you.

I don't recall seeing any in the car park. There was plenty of space to sit down on the ground (but that may be because there were few cars there when we visited). Just inside the entrance there were some benches facing the castle.
