Villa Carlotta’s gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. The interior is also interesting, with art and historical pieces. Great stop. Full review by Aaron M

Does somebody know what is the reduction in price for the promotion "In Villa con Batello" - I have read on the page that if you have a ferry ticket, there is a discount, but it does not state what is the exact reduction. I have found only the discount if you travel with Trenord which is 10%. Also, does somebody know what ferry ticket you will need for this discount? Because we were thinking of taking the ferry from Como to Lenno and then go to the villa with Trombetta Express.
A:
OK, I contactes the office - the ticket is 10€. If you present a train ticket or a ferry ticket, you get a discount of 1€.
Q:
Do you buy tickets on the day or in advance?
A:
Same with us. Bought tickets the same day.
Q:

A:
No parking onsite, only on the road. Watch out for restrictions. Depending on where you are coming from, an alternative is to leave your car somewhere else, and catch the ferry. …
