A:
It’s a small museum, so probably an hour. The guard house and Trotsky house are really interesting.

I took an Uber there (in Mexico Ubers are much better quality cars than taxis, cheaper, and you dont have a chance of getting robbed by the driver)

There isn't a lot of space in the entrance area or at the ticket counter, so I would not expect them to be terribly accommodating with this request. If you are staying at a hotel, you could ask the concierge to give them a call. If you're at an AirBnB, you could see if your host would help you out if you're not comfortable with Spanish.
