We were only there in early September, but there are several photos on Google image search of the topiary garden with snow on the figures. They look well-trimmed in the photos. This information is from the City of Columbus website: "The Topiary Garden Park is open daily from dawn until dusk, and admission is free to all visitors. April through November is the recommended time for viewing the garden, as the park is blooming in full." I hope this helps.

Is there a charge & good parking?
A:
There is no charge, although donations are always gratefully accepted as the gardens are maintained by volunteers. Parking in nearby streets is not difficult.
