So I have never been to Daytona Beach. Trying to figure out which part of the beach to go to. Ideally, we want easy access to a good beachfront restaurant and ability to rent chairs and umbrellas. Being able to park on the beach would be nice too since we have never done that before and we will have a heavily pregnant person with us. Is it possible to have all three?

Yes you can, get a hotel by the board walk. Easy access to the beach an restaraunts, and bars.
