Tazlău is a commune in Neamț County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is composed of a single village, also named Tazlău. Tazlău Monastery is located in the village. The commune is situated at the western edge of the Moldavian Plateau, in the foothills of the Tarcău Mountains. It lies at an altitude of 427 m, on the banks of the river Tazlău.
