Please does anyone know if there is access to the car park 24 hours a day. We are planning to visit the lighthouse at dusk after a day out somewhere else, so we can see light in all its glory and would hate to make the trip only for a gate to be stopping us from parking

Car park should be fine but doubt if you'll get access to light house area at that time as it's only manned by unpaid volunteers.
