If you are into history, then this is a must. Great campus and short Uber ride up the hill from downtown and nice short walk back downtown. Collection of antique weapons is very impressive. Full review by Pompadore69

How much time should be allowed for the visit? We will be visiting the Basketball Hall of Fame and would like to see if a day trip to Springfield would allow for both visits.
A:

Q:
About what time is needed for a full visit that would include reading, viewing & photography?
A:
2-3 hours to participate in all that is available. Very interesting and educational. Easy parking and the staff is knowledgeable. Enjoy
Q:
Good morning! Do you have a representative on site that would be able to look at a historical sword that I have?
A:
The only staff I saw were Parks Service employees.
