I saw it twice from downstairs right where the entrance of the MB shops is and it was amazing. I don’t think from the sky deck the view is going to be as good for many reasons. You need to experience the sounds and the view at the same time and from the 57th I don’t know how important the sound will be. If you can watch more than once; I suggest you do first downstairs and then one from the sky deck. Enjoyyyyyyyy

Not a rooftop bar but you can sit at any of the outdoor bars and restaurants on the marina and see the light show from there
