There is a big monument on the top of the hill You can see the whole city, specially if you go all the way to the top, one of the icons in town. Full review by Pistachon279

What is the entrance fee?
A:
There are locals who charge you a fee to take you up the elevator to the top to see the view of the city. Unfortunately I didn’t take them up on that offer.
