This outstanding property offers peacefulness and beautiful views as well as gorgeous sunsets overlooking Blue Hill Bay. This property is located right on the ocean minutes away from Acadia National Park. In addition to all the amenities, there is an accessible dock, with kayaking, rowing and canoeing. In early May and mid to late October the dock may not be in the water. There is a path from the cottage that takes you down to the rocky beach. The main driveway leads you down to where the pier and dock are located. It is a less than 5 min walk. This is where the kayaks, canoe and rowboat are located. The dock has 2 ladders where you and access the ocean for a swim. Please enjoy! This cottage built in 1989, will make you feel right at home. It has 2 bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be combined to form a king bed.. There is a loft with two twin beds a single, and a day bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
