They do starting from the 2016/7 season. The announcement said: "From the start of the 2016/2017 season, opera performances at the Semperoper will be accompanied by supertitles in English as well as German. A new supertitle system will enable the simultaneous display of libretti in both languages on the proscenium arch. This service will be available in the new season for practically all repertoire works as well as premieres. For more information, check the performance details on our website as well as in our monthly programmes."
