We visited here recently and although we do not have a dog, there were people on the site with dogs. The attraction is open with plenty of fields around so a lot of space for dogs to be let off the lead and as long as they are on the lead when touring the barracks, cannot see this being an issue. Make sure you go on a nice clear sunny day for the best views.
