Don’t go. Island residents will scream at you for using their means of transportation as a tourist attraction and you will have to wait in a long line to stand in a crowded tram with no view sighting Full review by analuisa80

Fun, inexpensive way to see some great views. Smooth ride. Good for families. Explore the parks and paths on Roosevelt Island. See the small pox hospital ruins. Then eat at Granny Annie’s. Full review by Ann A
