Hi, I believe tickets are 35 dollars before discounts. I believe there is a discount for Cleveland residents but I am not sure.

We paid $15 for the afternoon. There is an app to download or go to the kiosk (within a block)

Yes, but the parking garage is a short walk from the Hall of Fame. Drive deep into the garage and turn left to 2nd floor. Take the elevator to get outside.
