Sorry can't remember, but certainly not much. I got bus number 40 from the central bus station, 210 francs. Note that the bus will probably drop you off about 50 - 100 m from the entrance. …

Sorry can't remember, but certainly not much. I got bus number 40 from the central bus station, 210 francs. Note that the bus will probably drop you off about 50 - 100 m from the entrance. To catch it again, you can walk back out through the entrance/kiosk, then turn left downhill on a sealed road to the bus stop which has a small shelter. There is a short cut down a path from the grounds. People in the kiosk are obliging.

I have no idea how much a taxi would cost because I took the bus. If you take the bus number 42 from the central bus station (5 minutes walk from Place des cocotiers, everybody will show you the way). You ought to go to the last station, which is right at the entrance. The bus leaves every 30 minutes and opne way costs 210 francs.

Entry is 1000 XPF (about 13 Australian dollars) with concessions and children under 12 free. We paid in local currency.
