Had a great visit during off season, so no parking fee and cheaper tickets. It was cool weather so lots of animals outside. Good information placards and fun photo ops. Full review by norna12

Great little zoo. Beautiful grounds. A little challenging terrain, especially towards the elk. Nice place to spend an afternoon or a day, if you're like me. Would definitely be a member if I live… Full review by KJOpie

I am trying to rectify the situation though contacting them is beginning to seem difficult and their "help" pages are pretty useless. Hopefully, I've succeeded in deleting it. Go Potter Park Zoo! I will visit again soon!
