Penzance Heliport is home to Penzance Helicopters - the new scheduled helicopter service to the islands of Tresco and St Mary's on the Isles of Scilly. Operating from spring 2020, the heliport will be the new helicopter gateway to the Isles of Scilly, offering up to 17 return flights per day aboard the 15 seater AW139 helicopter, arriving on the islands in just 15 minutes. Penzance Heliport is conveniently located just off the A30 at Long Rock, and just a mile from Penzance Railway station and all the amenities of Penzance town. The heliport location also offers excellent weather resilience, improving access to the islands all year round. Tickets will go on sale from late summer 2019, with the service operating from spring 2020.
