The weather here in the Ottawa and surrounding regions had a late start this year regarding Spring. Last year while in Mont Orford at the end of September we didn't get to experience the fall colors as the leaves were still green as the weather was warmer than usual and rained most of the time we we there. Unpredictable weather so I do not feel comfortable advising you when to travel.
