Hi Richard, there are some places where Velib Bikes are ready to use. The best place inside the Parc is: 7 Quai de Metz, 75019. There are others places around the park as at the Avenue Jean Jaurès, etc. Just check your way or the place you go to find the best Velib Station nearer - easily find even in the google search. . I heard about others reting bikes there, because is a place full of youth and opportunities, so privates also rent, but I did not use, so I cannot tell you about this. Try to enjoy the Quai de Loire, is the place where the Mayor of Paris open a beach, there is boats to rent, places to swim and even get some tan you if you go on hot days.
