Oulmes is a former commune in the Vendée department in the Pays de la Loire region in western France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Rives-d'Autise. Oulmes is located on the D148 road between Fontenay-le-Comte and Niort, and just north of the A83 motorway ‘Routes des Estuaires’.
