Anchor is a village in McLean County, Illinois, United States. The population was 163 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Bloomington–Normal Metropolitan Statistical Area. Anchor is in eastern McLean County, south of Illinois Route 165. Bloomington, the county seat, is 28 miles to the west, and Sibley is 9 miles to the east in Ford County.
