Was a good tour except the groups are big and it gets crowded in the tight spaces. The tour guide was awesome and really made the story pop out in your mind. Full review by erichH6223EN

Yes, you can go into the shop and the garden area without a ticket. We saw people today even bringing their dog into the garden.

I would say give yourself at least three hours for both tours It does not matter about the times because if you do miss the explore more tour you can take the next available. The staff are extremely friendly and understand if you miss a tour for what ever reason the staff will accommodate you.
