Why no cash payments, you are basically excluding carers who want to bring people as they don't have business cards?

We do not keep cash on site as we have no secure facilities and can not give change. Small amounts can placed in the donation box if no change is required

I would echo the attraction rep's answer. we came on a very wet day in April and spent an hour or two here, seeing the exhibits and gaining a valuable insight from the volunteers who staff it
