HI, I am planning a personal pilgrimage to Switzerland and Germany to immerse myself in the world of HH. I will be traveling form 12 September to 23 September. Any guidance from other HH devotees would be much appreciated. I'm probably not much help in the H.H. department, overall, but as far as specific sites as an English-only speaker (or a smattering of German that is practically useless outside of restaurants or hotels) I found the H.H. museum in Calw to be much more accessible via the English language than the one in Montagnola. I could say a little more, but I suspect you're looking for more biographical or academically-oriented information about H.H. specific to the two countries?

Hi Daniela A Thank you so much. Do you know how many months ahead to search for the correct train timetable of Germany Rail Pass? My friends and I plan to visit Germany in October 2018.
We will be staying in a hotel in Como, Italy beginning May 5. What is the easiest way to get to the Museo e Fondazione Hermann Hesse. We will not have a car. We would be willing to hire a driver. I also understand we might take a local train from Como to Lugano and then a bus to the museum. Thank you for your help.
