I placed an order on Dec 14 for an item costing over $1k. I have been calling and emailing since to no avail. I got 1 phone call from a lady who told me it would ship the following week but it didn’t… Full review by Donna Gray Boutwell

What a mistake to order from here. Poor communication, long delay in order, and then the wrong product! Now I can't get in contact with them by website, email, or phone. Not 100% scam, but close. Full review by Jeremy Gilbey
