i was in new york to see the Phantom of the Opera on May 4,2019 and was amazed at everything,the theater,the play just everthing. the only part that was alittle upsetting was once we got in we were shuffled down stairs until it was time to be seated and then it was so un-orgenized people didn't know where to go. just think maybe it should be easier to find your seat for everyone even us seniors

We asked the gentleman standing at the door about 45 minutes before playtime (2PM for a matinee) and he told us that we would not be allowed to go to our seat until 15 minutes before showtime so we did not enter until a couple minutes before that and it worked fine. 15 minutes was plenty of time to get seated.
We are going to see Phantom at the Majestic. We can get seats in second row, center, front mezzanine. We are wondering if there is a railing you have to look over. Will that be a problem?

We were front mezzanine, 3 rows back, can't recall letters or numbers, but great view from front mezzanine. Drinks are v expensive, lonnnnnng q for ladies Loos in interval
