We would like to assure you that every precaution has been taken and the housekeeping staff follows the CDC guidelines for cleanliness. This gem of a cabin was just constructed in 2017. It is privately owned and sits on 13 beautiful acres in Wilderness State Park near Mackinaw City and is directly across the road from Lake Michigan. It sits on a hill and has wonderful views of the Big Stone Bay. There is a large deck overlooking the Bay and offers ample opportunity to view the variety of wildlife here. Watch the eagles, osprey, loons, deer, fox, coyote, bobcat and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a bear. The park offers miles of hiking, biking, snowshoeing and cross country ski trails. The bay is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing or just enjoying a leisurely swim. Wilderness is just completing a "day park" a short distance away that has a wonderful sandy beach, bathroom facilities and lots of sunshine!
