Where do we pick up the hop on hop off bus from the train station. We are planning to take the train from Hamburg to Berlin

I saw the hop on hop off bus near Alexander Platz, I didn't take it because it's so easy to to visit the city with the pubblic buses, cheaper , so you can stay all the time you need
I would like to know if the underground museum and memorial would be ok for a person to visit who has claustrophobia. Something I suffer from. I can't travel on the London underground for this reason!

The exhibition is mostly outdoors and above ground. I didn’t go myself to the one floor that is below ground.
