Three star may be unfair but I will try to explain. I was with a tour group and the company organised the tickets but you do need to know that entries are done at specific times. The main 'problem' … Full review by Richard H

I have four spare passport entry tickets for 17/4 at 1.30pm that I now can’t use due to a family illness. Does anyone know how I could sell these as the Palace don’t offer refunds or exchanges? Thank you

Sorry no idea but the people at the booking dept were most helpful to us.
Does the tourism office in the town of Versailles still sell tickets to the palace? We can't buy tickets ahead of time and therefore want to minimize the amount of time we will be waiting in line. Thanks!

Booked online and the only ticket office I know was to the right, as you arrive, next to the toilets. Find one you find the other. Enjoy
1. The Versailles ticket website says that entry is free for EU residents below 26 years old. I emailed them to enquire whether British nationals are classified as EU residents. Their reply was 'Entry is free for EU residents below 26 years'; that is, completely ignored my question. Does anyone know what the situation is regarding British nationals below 26? 2. Will be staying in Asnieres sur Seine. What is the best way to travel to Versailles via Metro and RER? Many thanks.

As you decided to leave the EU, you have to pay now for the entry. Sorry, Brexit means Brexit.
