Karbon Homes was formed from a merger of Isos Housing, based in Newcastle, group partner Cestria Community Housing in Chester-le-Street, and Derwentside Homes, based in Stanley, County Durham. Karbon Homes generates turnover of around £115m per annum, and is a major developer of affordable homes to rent and buy. The current development programme will see Karbon increase its stock by 10%, developing 2,400 homes over four years.
