The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a short drive from Assateague Island, the historic town of Berlin, and the Ocean City Boardwalk. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, one bathroom, a common room, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen bed while the guest bedroom has a pullout futon. There is a washer/dryer in the cottage for your use. The outside of the cottage offers a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and your own private parking spots. The community has a rec room (ping pong table, arcade games, etc.), two pools (seasonal), a volleyball court, a basketball court, a dog park, and a pond with paddleboats. The community pier (with floating dock) is a very short walk from the cottage, which is great for kayaking, crabbing, or fishing.
