Hi there There are 2 viewing areas on the staircase that look over the cenote, to be fair I wouldn’t recommend going down to the water if your not going in, if it’s busy then people milling around not going in the water we’re causing access problems for people trying to get on and off the ladder platforms and onto the diving platforms.

Do they hire life jackets in kids sizes or should we bring our own? Kids are 6yrs and 9 yrs.
A:
They rent life jackets, but if you're decent swimmers, they aren't really needed unless you plan to be in the water for quite some time.
