Q:
Are there lifts there

The entrance to the gallery is in Wallbrook, the site of one of the old hidden rivers of London. It is better if you pre-book a ticket. Entrance is free as are the guidebooks. It took my family about an hour by the time we looked as the displays and then descended to the temple. The length of the visit depends on what questions you may ask the very informative guides.
