First off the zoo is not actually in Vancouver and is an hour drive from the city. I do think it is a worthwhile experience, but it seems there is a lack of staff which does affect customer service. … Full review by Jodie B

There are snack foods (fries, dogs, etc.) available at typical prices for a tourist place. The gift shop is not worth a stop. Overall this is a nice but limited zoo. Take the train (5$ …
There are snack foods (fries, dogs, etc.) available at typical prices for a tourist place. The gift shop is not worth a stop. Overall this is a nice but limited zoo. Take the train (5$ extra each at the entrance) or rent the bikes (18$/hr) because you will see far less on foot.
