Harvey's On Beverly started with a shop called Harvey's Antiques, one of the first shops to open on the Famous Melrose Avenue located in West Hollywood California. Harvey, an aerospace engineer, was attracted to the Art Deco Period with designs that incorporated the use of straight lines, circles and squares. He moved from the insecurity of the future to the security of the past. In 1972 Harvey’s on Melrose expanded to include Tropical Sun Rattan, purchasing the Pasadena Company which began in1933. For over 40 years Harvey has been in the business of selling the best in Art Deco, Mid Century Modern, Chandeliers, Decorative Accessories, Rugs, Vintage Rattan Furniture and Tropical Artwork.
