I went in the summer to the park and I did find maps of the trails at the entrance and several guides about fishing. There is no information Center or personal in there to guide or answer queries, but do check the board at the entrance of the park and I am sure you will find maps. Also NJ state parks has a website which you can access if you have a smartphone and check the trails for which ones are short and which ones are long enough.
