Downloaded app. Tried to book a taxi for the next day but Glasgow Taxi's sent a cab straight away. Charged me for the privilege. Completely useless. Full review by kittykat12

Taxi was booked to take our pet to the vet but never showed up. We tried to call to no avail. We waited one and a half hour, still no taxi. We most definitely will never use them again. Full review by MaryS-835
