I assume you can walk around at that time the sun will still be up. Check with the Luxor Temple office or a tour guide. Try Luxor Aswan travel they are a great tour guide company

Hi, you get it at entrance without any pbm at both locations. As their ain’t many tourists the lines are pretty small . Not sure if other places are allowed to sell them including online sites.
